The answer is they don’t. Our homes look and feel the same as a conventional bungalow with all the mod cons you would expect, such as double glazing, gas central heating and mains electric. The difference between the two is in the way they are built. Homes are constructed off site using steel or timber frame.

The price of your home will depend on the model of home you request as well as the furniture and soft furnishings that you purchase to go in your home. With two parks to choose from there is a wide choice of locations. A plot can be secured with a deposit, and you can then decide upon the exact model of home you wish to place on your plot.

Home owners pay a ground rent to the park owners for the plot on which their home is sited. This is usually charged on a monthly basis and covers the running costs associated with the business including maintenance of the communal areas and landscaping, roads and such factors as security and electricity for streetlights, sewerage and maintenance.

Other costs are much the same (or slightly less) compared to living in a bricks and mortar house. Council tax is lower in a home as they are classed as Class A Band. Telephone and broadband facilities are available if required. Homes come with your own designated plot with garden area and space for outside seating, private block paved driveway, fully landscaped manageable garden with turf and shrubs.

A storage shed or greenhouse can be put up as long as it meets Park standards. By working with the top industry manufacturers, we can create your dream home to order, ready for the plot of your choice. In addition to the choice of their standard ranges you can also opt for a bespoke home where you choose the furnishings and fittings, and even help determine the layout of the home to suit the way you live.
